March Drum Samples

This is a drum sample pack I put together in early 2021. This pack includes samples for both natural and processed drums, and I've included both TCI files (Slate Trigger) and audio files for all drums. There are three snares, four toms, and one kick.

The processed drums only include kick and snare. I've added three different room variations for each snare: low room, medium room, and loud room. These processed samples are for easy plug-and-play mixing, and you can easily drop them into a session if you need a quick go-to snare.

Another addition to this pack that's a bit different from previous sample packs I've created is that I've added a few extra microphones to the kick and snare. The snare comes with two snare top microphones (Beta 57A and MD 421), which I found to be a great combination of body and top end. The kick comes with the standard kick in, kick out 1, and kick out 2 like my previous packs. This time, however, I've also included a "Kick Reso" and a "Kick Batter", which are MD 421's: one pointed at the resonant head for a bit more mid range and air, and the other pointed at the batter where the beater hits the head for more top end and attack.

All drums come with overheads, close room, and far room microphones as well.
